A troublemaker has been given a 36-hour dispersal order in the city of Truro in an attempt to prevent anti-social behaviour.
Police say the man is known to regularly cause issues in the city centre.
“First dispersal order tonight given to male who causes a great deal of asb within the Truro area,” police tweeted.
According to the Government, dispersal orders can be used in a range of situations to ‘disperse anti-social individuals and provide immediate respite to a local community’.
Officers can force individuals to not return to an area for 48 hours, although in this case the limit has been set at 36 hours.
