For general queries please see FAQs at www.cornwalljamboree.com
Please ensure that you book the relevant vehicle or caravan pass with your weekend tickets, for example 2 adults bringing 2 vehicles will need 2 vehicle passes.
No teen groups will be allowed access without a minimum of 1 accompanying adult
All under 12s require a pre-booked ticket
It is of the upmost importance that you provide the number of vehicles associated with your booking so that the correct space can be allocated for your club.
Any vehicles not registered in advance may be refused entry to club camping area. We cannot reiterate enough the importance of letting us know the number of vehicles in your party. As a note of consideration to other club campers we ask that a maximum average of one vehicle per two paying adults is acceptable on your pitch with any additional vehicles parked in our free public parking area. Should you require more than this allocation please contact us with details.
You are given the opportunity to also book a private Porta-loo for your club group (please contact us for the cost of hiring), much better than relying on the public toilets as you know members of your own group will use it in a responsible manner and keep it clean.
We always try and accommodate you without squeezing ever more into less and less space and expect a reasonable sized awning to accompany a van. However if you have a huge mini marquee please let us know in advance as it may not be possible to fit it in or there may be an extra charge to accommodate the structure and it may be necessary to find a more suitable space for your club.
Club pitches are normally located closer to the main centres of activity too. You do not need to be a registered club to pre-book this way as we will also accept bookings from groups of friends and family as long as someone takes overall responsibility for applying and dealing with correspondence from us.
TO QUALIFY AS A CLUB THERE WILL HAVE TO BE A MINIMUM OF 6 VANS / CARS PRE-BOOKED.
Should you have less than the required numbers we reserve the right to direct you to general camping.
Should you wish for your group to have a club camping pitch please contact us. Please be aware registrations for Club camping ends on 1st July 2020.
