Dawn French takes you behind the scenes making Vicar of Dibley

Dawn French is set to join some of her co-stars – and a few special guests – in a new show to celebrate The Vicar of Dibley.

For the first time ever the comedy actress, who played The Reverend Geraldine Granger in the sitcom, and its creator, writer and executive producer, Richard Curtis, will take viewers on a stroll down memory lane.

In this original one-off special, they will be revealing what went on behind the vestry curtain of the sitcom that has been a staple in British homes for almost three decades.

They promise that viewers will be treated to an evening of “warmth, affection and some of the most memorable comedy moments of the last 30 years”.
