A collision involving a car and two pedestrians – an adult and a child – has partially blocked New Hill in Fowey this morning.
Police have confirmed that the collision was involving a car and an adult and child on New Hill in Fowey, and occurred at around 10am (July 30).
Traffic monitoring service, Inrix says the collision has left the road partially blocked, but says traffic is coping well in the area.
The Inrix alert read: “B3415 partially blocked due to accident, a car and two pedestrians involved near Lostwithiel Street.
“Traffic is coping well.”
The ambulance service is on scene and it is currently believed that minor injuries have been sustained.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Police received reports of a collision between a car and two pedestrians – an adult and a child – in New Road Hill, Fowey, at around 10am.
“We were notified by the ambulance service and it is currently believed that minor injuries have been sustained.”
